Today’s Client Spotlight is on one of our active projects, R2M2 Homeowners’ Co-op. This client is developing the co-op to give homeowners access to fair prices and better control over home remodeling and maintenance. Own a rental property? Dividends for Local Electric Cooperative

Members of the Lorain- Medina Rural Electric Cooperative will share about $1.28 million in dividends, in addition to their electric power. Not only is the Co-op more economically and environmentally sustainable, but it is a great example of how the Cooperative Business structure can thrive.

Oregon County Food Producers and Artisans Co-op

The link below tells a story about a successful producers co-op in a rural Oregon community. Members are able to get access to various local food products and other items at a discounted rate. The co-op was also able to open up their own market, where members can sell their products to the public.

Note the great impact this cooperative had on the community, as well as each individual member!
